Our featured speaker is Joseph Borsberry of Borsberry Law Offices, P.C. who will speak on exploring the ethical and practical approach to balancing conflicting responsibilities between the courts the legal system and the supervising attorney. The discussion will include topics covered in The Supreme Court of Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.7 and Rule 1.16 with examples and tips as to how to avoid common pitfalls in this sensitive area. One hour of CLE will be afforded.
