The American Bar Association-approved Paralegal Programs at Illinois Central College has two Instructor openings for Fall semester courses.
Administrative Law - Thursday evenings 7-8:15 p.m.
Civil Litigation - Thursday evenings 8:30-9:45 p.m.
These are Hybrid courses, meaning students have instructor-facilitated and graded assignments provided online to go along a mandatory, instructor-facilitated, in-class session each week of the 16 week semester. Fall classes begin on Monday, August 19th.
Lawyers or Paralegals experienced in either Administrative Law or Civil Litigation may apply. The ideal candidate would be experienced and comfortable with computers, the Internet and communicating electronically. The candidate must be willing to learn and use Blackboard. The candidate must be willing to plan and prepare for and attend and present in-class sessions while making time and effort to interact with students, review assignments and provide feedback and grades using Blackboard and e-mail each week. We will provide course materials and support throughout the semester.
