Remote Paralegal Position
We run an internet law/consulting firm in the cannabis industry. We are looking for a great paralegal/business admin to help us manage the firm more effectively.

What We Are Looking For In This Role
Collateral Base is looking for a mid level Corporate & Litigation Paralegal to help support our team, particularly in the coordination of all phases of regulatory compliance. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about implementing change, good processes and procedures in a commercial setting at one of the world’s fastest growing technology companies.
Filing documents in court or with regulators
Coordinate the preparation of materials for board meetings or corporate operations.
Assist in the formatting and preparation of pleadings to be filed in court.
Draft board and shareholder actions and maintain minute books and corporate records.
Assist in responding to requests for information and documents from our business partners, officers, directors, internal and external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Assist with all corporate matters.
Provide general support and assist with special projects as needed.
ABA certified paralegal with thorough understanding of corporate and litigation matters are required.
Strong experience with transactional matters.
Must be able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules.
Strong organizational, analytical and communications skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and provide outstanding service to internal and external clients/contacts.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint plus Google Platform and presentation software.
Strong organizational skills and experience working directly with stakeholders inside and outside the legal function.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to research, read and understand basic rules and regulations.
Ability to work independently, while performing as a team player.

Pay: Based upon experience. Estimate $40,190.00 - $53,210.00 per year for full-time. $25.00 - $33.25 per hour for part-time & contract positions.
